“Hamilton” creator Lin-Manuel Miranda has joined protests in New York demanding the resignation of Puerto Rico’s governor.
Miranda drove around 200 individuals, numerous from Puerto Rico, at a rally in Manhattan’s Union Square on Wednesday. They waved Puerto Rican signals and tailed him to a drumbeat, reciting in Spanish, “Viva Puerto Rico libre,” which means “Long live free Puerto Rico.”
A spilled arrangement of talk messages has exacerbated shock over defilement. The messages demonstrate the representative and key associates taunting ladies, the handicapped and Hurricane Maria exploited people.
Miranda said the supposed debasement encompassing the legislative head of the U.S. region “is the issue that is finally too much to bear and Puerto Ricans are facing it.”
